    Just happen to tune into the last bit of your program FOF on today 27 Feb 2008 12h00 in Canberra,Australia.Once a month cooking.We are a family of 7 ( 5 children) just emigrated to Australia from South Africa.So happy tot know FOF is also here in Aus.I’m finding it difficult to cope with large family needs.Would like to obtain book.

    I checked out the link for quick cooking. I’m a single mom of two and I found a book that not only offer family-friendly meals, but they’re quick to make and don’t require crazy ingredients. Othersmight be interested in THE FRANTIC WOMAN’S GUIDE TO FEEDING FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
