California Home School Ruling Ignites Reactions

Lots of response to our program last week about the outrageous decision in California suggesting parents really don’t have a right to educate their own child. Our listeners aren’t inclined to take such a ruling sitting down.
Seems that many others are stunned by this bit of twisted logic, too.
Hugh Hewitt devoted some program time to the subject, with some very informative legal perspectives and some good blog coverage.

Glenn Beck did a satirical segment on it.
