Here’s an interesting article at CNN about the benefits busy moms experience when they discuss faith and pray together. While it covers a variety of faiths, the conclusion is that a healthy spiritual life helps manage the rest of life’s many aspects.
The Focus on the Family website offers a series of articles with a distinctly Christian view of how tired, busy moms can cultivate time alone with God.
