Saving Money – In Your Bathroom

Even though our oldest son is off at college, we still have five kids living at home. And that means that our monthly expenses are pretty significant, as we feed and clothe and care for the children.

This morning my wife informed me that some further belt-tightening is in order, as the rising price of utilities and food is making the monthly budget a bit more difficult to manage. So this article caught my eye, because I am a big believer in incremental savings. With seven people using the bathrooms, including a five year-old boy who likes to leave the water running and the lights on, every little bit of expense reduction will add up.

So, if I can somehow save some money, even in the lowly bathroom, I’ll go for it!
